D opened the manual and realised why his Creativity Head didn't fit.
Many of his trusted Business Head skills were opposite to the Creativity Head skills.
So now he could run his existing business perfectly, but he lacked fresh ideas.
He knew that if his business was to survive he needed to get his Creativity Head back on. Not all the time, but at least some of it.
