The Home menu for the Mental Athletics programme is shown below. It is a clickable map, full of 'hot spots' to let you explore creativity and innovation. Move your mouse over a 'hot spot' and some brief explanatory text will appear. Clicking on a hot spot enters the relevant area. To get back to the Home
menu either click on Map Menu or the Map symbol 
You will notice that some active areas are blue some are green. Those in Blue are the major elements of the Mental Athletics Programme (MAP)Those in green are support elements. I suggest you start with Welcome followed by MAP overview before entering the blue areas.

There are seven major MAP elements each briefly outlined in the MAP Overview support element. Once you enter a blue MAP element from the main menu you will see something similar to the part screen below.  There will be a menu bar at the top and a contents area below. Click on your choice from the drop down menus to make things appear in the contents area. |
