DHL Prague Innovate 
The INNOVATE Team for DHL IT Services Prague, wanted an external facilitator to run a workshop to foster the Climate for Innovation. M1creativity worked with the team to create a one-day format to meet their requirements, and then travelled to Prague to deliver the workshop.
 The intensive full day workshop was held in a Castle outside Prague to get away from the constraining influence of the workplace. Participants warmed up by physically positioning themselves by how they preferred to think -"in the box", "out the box" or "on the box" before diving in to focus on the Climate for Innovation.
 This was depicted as another, all encompassing Box with the power to stop change programmes in their tracks. Images are a wonderful, intuitive way to examine messy, difficult to describe, issues so participants explored the Climate for Innovation by creating their own collage. Some fascinating results were achieved, stimulating absorbing debates.
A four step personal Creativity and Innovation process provided the framework for the remainder of the workshop. Using a structured set of proven, practical 'industrial strength' creativity techniques participants worked on both how to foster a Climate for Innovation as well as other pressing work challenges identified on the day.
The workshop was considered a success within DHL Prague and participants went away very satisfied and happy, with some suggesting that a single day of creative provocation was simply not enough.
