Getting Mentally Fit
Before we can assess Creativity, we need to formulate a model of creative fitness. In this case a simple model based on three dimensions to gauge creativity is used as shown below. It condenses much of the psychological theory available on the subject. Full supporting theory and a final creativity report are also provided.
- FUEL- you need as many neural connections as possible to fuel your creative mind
- FREEDOM - you need resilience to cast off factors that may be inhibiting your innate creativity
- FLEXIBILITY - you need to ensure that you are using your mental gears effectively
